“Being called to the Bar by Gray’s Inn was a privilege and a special moment for me. When my family moved from Hungary to the United Kingdom, I was seven years old and I didn’t speak a word of English. When I decided to become a barrister, I didn’t know anyone at the Bar and I picked Gray’s Inn because of its size and scholarship opportunities. What a fortuitous decision it turned out to be. The community at Gray’s is warm and welcoming, the Education Department is incredibly supportive and I have made lifelong friends through the Inn. I’m very proud to be a Member of Gray’s and hope to contribute to the future of the Inn in the years to come.”
